Custom Smart Home Solutions for Wilton Properties
Wilton, CT, has a distinct mix of larger single-family homes, wooded properties, historic residences, and newer custom construction, with different needs depending on whether the home is near Wilton Center, Cannondale, Georgetown, the Route 7 corridor, or along quieter residential roads such as Ridgefield Road and Nod Hill Road.
Basically, new constructions allow networking, lighting, security, climate control, and entertainment infrastructure to be planned before walls are closed, while renovations and older systems often need a more careful approach that preserves useful wiring and finishes while improving reliability and ease of use.
Another concern we consider is Wilton’s wooded setting, where winter storms and power outages can affect network reliability, security systems, and backup power for connected homes. Our goal above all else is always creating a convenient, reliable system for your home.
Custom Home Theater and Whole-Home Audio Installation
One of our specialties is creating dedicated theater rooms to bring the feeling of going to see a movie on the big screen to your home without sacrificing high-end video and audio quality. For your dedicated theater, careful planning is used to plan and install the system and seating all while keeping control simple. The goal is a multi-purpose media room with strong video and audio performance without taking away from your home's design and aesthetic.
In addition to theater rooms, we can also install whole home audio systems so music can be played in kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and even outdoor spaces. Our focus is on an entertainment experience that feels integrated into the home and remains easy to operate.

Lighting Control, Motorized Shades, and Wellness-Focused Design
The right lighting can improve your comfort, privacy, ambiance, and how a room feels throughout the day. We design lighting control and automated shading that can work as part of a smart home. These solutions can automatically manage daylight, glare, privacy, and room atmosphere while reducing repeated manual adjustments.
Depending on the project, we can also work with intelligent options such as USAI fully tunable LED fixtures and Lutron Ketra, Rania, and Lumaris solutions. We hold certifications for illumination and shading, Palladium Master Certification, and Diamond Integrator status. This means we have the experience to provide you with the best solutions to manage lighting and shading throughout your home.

Security and Reliability
Any type of smart home solution is ultimately reliant on the infrastructure it's built upon. This means having strong and available networks throughout your residence to support automation, streaming, and security. That becomes especially important in larger homes. A network that performs well near the main equipment may not provide the same experience in a distant bedroom, home office, outdoor area, or detached workspace. So we plan connectivity around the size and layout of the property so the rest of the technology has a dependable foundation.
In terms of home security, depending on the setup, protection can include video surveillance, smart locks, alarm functions, and security cameras. Surveillance feeds can then be viewed from supported touch screens or mobile devices.
Service for Existing Smart Home Technology Systems
An existing connected system does not always need to be replaced. We are happy to evaluate, troubleshoot, upgrade, and support systems already installed in your home, even if we did not perform the original installation.
This can include unreliable controls, aging equipment, outdated programming, poor network performance, difficult interfaces, or features that no longer work together as expected. So our team can explain what is installed, identify weak points, and recommend practical improvements. Alternatively, when a system is functioning well, we can provide a reliable point of contact to support it as your needs change.
